Your goal is to help us double check the deal’s numbers so we can create a max match between the deal and capital partners with the same criteria.
You can earn one-time payment at closing and also an equity share from every property that you’ve been involved with.
For example: let’s say we have an opportunity for $10MM, and the investor partner who brought the deal, gets an offer from the capital partner for 2% Acquisition Fee at closing, (which equals to $200K) plus 20% Equity share split from the property profit and cash flow, (which equals to $2MM).
In such case, based on the above table, as a Jointer’s Underwriter, you will receive 2% from every payout to the investor who brought the deal, in other words, 2% of $200K to be paid to you at the closing (equals to $4,000), plus 2% of the equity share (equals to $40,000 that can grow higher until the date of resale or you can sell it immediately on our secondary market in exchange for some discount)
