In that case, based on the table above, if you act as a Jointer's consultant in a $10M+ deal size you will receive at the closing 2% from the Acquisition fee (which is $2,000 fees for you) plus you will receive 2% from any profit split in future years (which is another $10,000 fees for you), and of course if you don't want to wait for your future share from the next profits split, you can sell your share to anyone you like in the secondary market for some discount .

Equation as an example:
1% Acquisition fee = $100,000
Your fee 2% = $2,000
20% profits split = $500,000
your fee 2% = $10,000
Total payment to you $12,000

In that case, as an affiliate manager, you will receive 0.5% from every payout we receive which at the closing is 0.5% from the Acquisition fee (which is $500 fees for you) plus you will receive 0.5% from any profits split in the next years (which is another $2,500 in fees for you), and of course if you don't want to wait for your future share from the next profits split, you can sell your share to anyone you like in the secondary market for some discount .

Now imagine you have 100 affiliates that you manage! The $500 will become $50,000 and the $2,500 will become $250,0000, and you will continue to earn these unlimited commission as long you continue to help as affiliate e manager.
